Natalie Morrison

Natalie is a trusted and experienced employment lawyer who has practiced in the UK and the Middle East. She has worked in private practice and industry, including in regulated financial services and technology sectors.

Across her career she has advised on the full range of the employment lifecycle. She enjoys problem solving and finding practical and commercially astute solutions for corporate and individual clients. Natalie is adept at managing fast paced issues; and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve solutions.

Natalie has deep experience across a range of subject areas including, but not limited to:

• senior exits and settlement negotiations;
• resolving sensitive workplace issues, including grievance and disciplinary matters;
• legal compliance issues, e.g. updating contracts, policies and handbooks to align with regulatory changes;
• data protection issues, including data subject access requests;
• managing whistleblowing investigations; and
• restructuring and redundancy advice.
